I became a licensed Realtor in 2018 working in Delaware, Chester and Montgomery counties, Pennsylvania. Since I’ve lived and work most of my life in this area, I am quite familiar with the communities, attractions, shopping districts and available public transportation. For me, Real Estate is a second career where my primary motivation is to provide quality service to individuals and families for their home buying or selling needs. With this end in mind, I joined with Keller Williams Real Estate; a trusted organization in the industry, known for its superior service to both its clients as well as its agents. I enjoy assisting first-time home buyers in understanding the home buying process; assisting with price-range determination, suitable locations to explore, obtaining financing, and selecting the right property for their needs. Tobetter serve the more mature segment of homeowners, I have obtained the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation which focuses on helping older clients with housing transition.
I grew up in Media, Delaware County, graduated from Penncrest High School and continued my education at Drexel (BSEE) and Purdue (MSEE) Universities. I began my Engineering career in northern New Jersey but returned with my wife and small children to Newtown Square Pa in 1991. After a lengthy career in engineering and software, my interest in housing, investment and helping others led me to a career change to Real Estate. I’ve been active in my community serving on the Park and Recreation committee of Newtown Township and as a volunteer in his local church in Broomall. I joined the Keller Williams team because of their extensive training and support network.
While Real Estate investing has long been an interest, my primary profession for many years has been in IT and software development. Working through challenging problems and developing innovative solutions has long been my experience. For me, the Real Estate industry provides challenging problems to be solved as well as an opportunity to serve old and new friends and neighbors.
